I earned my MSW in 1995 from the University of Maine at Orono. Prior to earning my graduate degree, I worked for a community mental health center providing case management services to people with serious and persistent mental illness. I have been providing therapy for over 25 years and specialize in working with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, gender, sexuality, couples’ issues and LGBT issues. I work from a strengths perspective and focus on your treatment goals offering support and guidance in a kind, respectful manner.
